By booking or using Mop-Nest’s cleaning services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all residential, commercial, and customized cleaning solutions offered by Mop-Nest. By continuing to use our website, booking platform, or engaging with our service professionals, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. These conditions form a binding agreement between you and Mop-Nest and are intended to ensure clarity and transparency in every service we provide.
Mop-Nest provides a wide variety of cleaning services, including but not limited to: home cleaning, office cleaning, deep cleaning, and customized packages designed to meet unique customer requirements. The scope of services may include sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitization, upholstery cleaning, and kitchen or bathroom deep cleaning depending on the package chosen. Services are subject to availability, seasonal demand, and location. Mop-Nest reserves the right to modify or refuse specific services if conditions at the site are unsafe or outside the agreed scope of work.
All bookings must be made in advance through our website, mobile application, phone line, or authorized booking agents. Customers are encouraged to provide accurate details regarding the type, size, and requirements of the cleaning service to ensure proper scheduling and resource allocation. Payments are accepted in INR and can be made online through UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, or in cash after service completion. For transparency, all prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless specified otherwise. Partial advance payments may be requested for larger or customized bookings to secure the slot.
You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time without incurring any charges. Cancellations or rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the service may attract a nominal cancellation fee to cover administrative and resource allocation costs. In case of no-shows, Mop-Nest reserves the right to retain the advance payment (if any) or impose a cancellation charge. If unforeseen circumstances prevent Mop-Nest from providing services on the scheduled date, customers will be notified promptly, and bookings will be rescheduled without extra cost.
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the premises during the scheduled service. Pets should be secured, and any valuable items or sensitive materials should be locked or moved before the cleaning team arrives. Mop-Nest will not be responsible for damages caused due to pre-existing issues such as loose wiring, faulty plumbing, fragile fixtures, or structural defects. Customers must also ensure uninterrupted availability of basic utilities such as water and electricity required for cleaning tasks.
Mop-Nest is committed to providing a safe, hygienic, and professional cleaning experience. All team members are thoroughly trained, background-verified, and equipped with proper cleaning gear to ensure customer safety and satisfaction. We strive to use eco-friendly cleaning products wherever possible, thereby reducing harmful chemical usage and promoting sustainability. Our staff adheres to strict punctuality, dress codes, and service protocols to maintain professionalism and consistency across all cleaning assignments.
While our cleaners take utmost care during the cleaning process, Mop-Nest’s liability for any accidental damage or breakage is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided. We encourage customers to report any concerns or claims within 24 hours of service completion for timely resolution. Mop-Nest shall not be held liable for damages caused by natural wear and tear, misuse of household items, or pre-existing conditions beyond our control. Liability coverage does not extend to sentimental, antique, or irreplaceable items.
Mop-Nest values your privacy and is committed to safeguarding your personal information. Details such as your name, address, email, and contact number are collected solely for booking and service-related purposes. We ensure that your data is stored securely and never shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law. We may use your contact details to share service updates, offers, or feedback requests, but you can opt out of promotional communication at any time.
Mop-Nest reserves the right to revise, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in business policies, service structure, or regulatory compliance. Any modifications will be posted on our official website and communicated via email or SMS where applicable. Continued use of our services after such changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
